Tell us about your business, what services do you provide?
I’m an Executive Coach for leaders and people in charge who want to make a positive difference in their life, to their family, the business, their community or the wider world.

Working from the inside out, we focus on what matters to you, so you can bring out the best in yourself and in others. You have a sense of purpose and you are ready to delve into the psychology of yourself, your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and the impact on your leadership and performance. Are you up for the challenge?

We won’t just scratch the surface when we are working together. My expertise as a qualified psychotherapist helps the coaching to be tailored for you, your life, your needs and what you want to achieve.

Educated to doctoral level (PhD), I am a qualified and accredited EMCC Global Master Executive and Leadership Coach.

With 25 years in the corporate sector, the last ten at board level, and degrees in leadership and management, so I’ve got some experience under my belt.

I’m also a coach supervisor and have an accredited training programme transforming psychotherapist and psychologists into professional coaches. For the last six years I have volunteered for EMCC Global accrediting coaches and coach training providers around the world.

What are you most passionate about?
Having conversations that matter with people who want to make a difference to their world is what brings me joy. The confidential relationships with leaders and entrepreneurs who have a sense of purpose and are passionate about what they do drives my own passion. I love working at the point where coaching is informed by therapy and psychology, so I’m particularly drawn to those who have a curiosity about themselves and others and are prepared to go wherever they need to go to understand themselves better and transform their lives.

Who is your ideal client?
My ideal client is a leader, someone in charge, the decision maker, who wants to make a positive difference in their life, to their family, the business, their community or the wider world. Someone with a sense of purpose. Some of the topics we work on together:

Anyone who is a decision-maker and involved in leading a business. My clients are directors and CEOs of a range of different industries, including IT, media, transport, finance, human resources, and entrepreneurs of all types. Anyone who is curious about themselves and others.
