We are a well established firm of fully qualified to Masters level and experienced HR professionals. In Corporate life we have held Head of and Director of HR roles in the Public, Private and Not for Profit Sectors in many sectors.
Where are you located?
Located in East Dorset, trading all across the UK.
What does your business do?
We provide a full fractional service to help businesses of all sizes with both advice, documentation and the HR IT software. For most retained clients this is provided free of charge as we believe it allows us to be very proactive in spotting potential issues early and preventing them becoming significant issues.
If necessary we have access to an employment law advice line to validate our advice. We are very proud that our clients have given us a world class score of over 90% using the Net Promotor Score System. This is backed up by our very high client retention figures. We work very hard to always meet our Service Level Agreement of always responding to any contact within 4 working hours, these being Monday to Friday 0800 to 1800.
How did it all begin? What drive you to start the business?
I had achieved what I wanted to achieve in Corporate life and the only thing left on my bucket list was to establish and run my own business. That was in early 2012.
What are you personally passionate about the most? What motivates or drives you?
Helping clients through the complexity and constant change in employment law whilst still growing their business.
Who is your ideal customer?
Customers who want to grow but also train and develop their talent base.
What type of business owners would you like to connect with?
Business owners who have employees or are about to take on their first employees.
