Hi everyone! I’m Ewa, based on the south coast of England. I’m the Founder and Managing Director of Prime Assurance Ltd, where I help organisations in regulated industries with ISO consultancy, auditing, and training. I’ve spent over 15 years working in compliance, assurance, and certification, helping businesses implement practical management systems that add real value rather than simply meeting compliance requirements. My background includes working with manufacturers, certification bodies, and organisations across a range of sectors, with experience in standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22301, 42001, and others.
I’m looking forward to connecting with like-minded professionals, sharing experiences, learning from the community, and contributing wherever I can. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time by the coast, travelling, and continually learning about emerging standards, governance, and business improvement. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

How did it all begin? What drive you to start the business?
My journey into starting Prime Assurance Ltd was shaped by more than 15 years working in compliance, regulatory affairs, auditing, and assurance across highly regulated industries. Throughout my career, I saw first-hand that many organisations viewed ISO standards and compliance as little more than a box-ticking exercise. Yet I also experienced how well-designed management systems can genuinely improve performance, reduce risk, and help businesses grow.
I wanted to build a consultancy that focused on delivering that real value. After leading assurance services, managing audit teams, and working with businesses of all sizes, I decided it was the right time to create something of my own. Prime Assurance was founded to provide practical, commercially focused consultancy, auditing, and training that helps organisations navigate complex regulatory requirements while supporting their wider business goals.
For me, it’s not just about achieving certification—it’s about giving clients confidence that their systems work, their risks are managed, and their business is well positioned for the future. Starting the business has been both exciting and rewarding. I enjoy working closely with clients, solving complex challenges, and building long-term relationships based on trust, expertise, and delivering meaningful results.
What are you personally passionate about the most? What motivates or drives you?
I am most passionate about helping organisations move beyond “tick-box compliance” and instead build management systems that genuinely improve how they operate. I’m driven by seeing businesses become more efficient, resilient, and confident in their compliance position.
What motivates me most is practical impact—when ISO standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 are implemented in a way that actually improves performance, reduces risk, and supports long-term growth rather than simply existing for certification purposes.

My ideal clients are organisations operating in regulated industries that either already hold ISO certifications or are preparing to achieve them.
They are typically:
Business owners, directors, compliance managers, or operational leaders
Decision-makers responsible for quality, risk, governance, or certification readiness
Organisations that recognise the value of structured management systems but need expert guidance to implement or improve them effectively
