Ready for changes in April 2016?
From 1 April 2016 workers aged 25 and over will be legally entitled to a new minimum pay rate of £7.20 per hour, called the National Living Wage (NLW). As an employer you’ll need to check which staff are eligible for the new rates and update your payroll in time.
We are here to help, and if you are one of our payroll clients you will have piece of mind that these changes will be made and you will be compliant.
If you are interested in further information on the subject, HMRC are producing free ‘webinars’ (presentations over the internet):
Find out who’s affected, how NLW relates to the National Minimum Wage (NMW) and more.

This is part of a trinity of changes that will finacnially impact small business owners this year (there will be a blog at a later date covering all 3), so this increase should be taken into account during any financial planning.
